When refilling the Citronella Spray, please hold the refill spray can upright and vigorously and firmly press the nozzle down into the refill port for 15 seconds.

How long does the spray last?

The spray lasts a few seconds; it mainly depends on the frequency and the level to train the dog. 

Can I use water?

Water is not recommended for use with this collar; it should be refilled with the spray. If the cylinder is filled with water, it is difficult for the air pressure to force the water out. Water is not advised because it may harm the circuit inside the product.

Does it work for whining?

This Anti-barking spray collar is designed to detect only when your dog is barking. Whining, growling, shaking, scratching, or other dogs' barking won’t trigger the collar. The dog bark collar is triggered only by your dog’s bark.

Does this collar vibrate or make a sound in addition to the spray?
