We offer free and expedited shipping across Australia, with most parcels sent via Australia Post. In some cases, we may use trusted partners such as Aramex Australia to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australia (Standard Parcel Post):

  • Same State: 2โ€“4 business days

  • Interstate: 3โ€“6 business days

Australia (Express Post):

  • Same State: 1โ€“2 business days

  • Interstate: 1โ€“3 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time: 15+ business days

  • Customs duties, taxes, and local import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.

During festive seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. Our warehouse team works diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. ๐Ÿ“ฎ Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, weโ€™ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel via Australia Post or the assigned courier service.

โŒ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed by contacting us at support@mypetbuddy.au.
Please note: Once your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

๐Ÿšซ Delivery Limitations

We deliver to most areas across Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. However, we do not currently ship to:

  • Christmas Island

  • Cocos (Keeling) Islands

  • Australian Antarctic Territory

Large packages may be redirected to the nearest Post Office or Parcel Collect location if undeliverable to a locker.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free within Australia.
For international and express deliveries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel weight, and selected method, and will be shown at checkout before final payment.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages

If youโ€™re not home during delivery, your package may be taken to the nearest post office or delivery point. If your tracking shows as delivered but you havenโ€™t received it, please check with your local post office first. For unresolved issues, contact our support team.

All items are shipped under a standard freight agreement. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

We perform quality checks before dispatch. However, if your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us and weโ€™ll assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
