Welcome to My Pet Buddy Australia ("My Pet Buddy", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. These Terms comply with Australian Consumer Law and are designed to align with policies for Shopify, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Afterpay, and Zip Pay.
1. General Terms
By using our website, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region or have parental/guardian consent. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. This includes breaching local or international laws, including copyright regulations.
You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or any destructive code. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review them.
2. Online Store Terms
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, or placed by resellers/distributors.
3. Pricing, Payments & BNPL Compliance
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. By selecting Buy Now Pay Later options, you agree to Afterpay or Zip Pay’s terms and responsibilities. We do not control their credit approval, late fees, or refund timelines.
You will see all costs at checkout, and no hidden charges apply. Orders are processed after successful payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. Express options are available upon request and subject to additional charges.

We also ship to P.O. boxes and Parcel Lockers ( We will require a residential delivery address) only if requested via email. For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. We currently accept orders from selected Commonwealth countries only.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
We adhere to a 30-day return policy under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns are accepted under these conditions:

The product is personalised (e.g. engraved tags) unless faulty.
Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. BNPL providers (Afterpay/Zip) may have additional processing time.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. User Content & Submissions
By submitting any content (e.g. reviews, suggestions, comments), you grant us the right to edit, use, publish, or distribute it without compensation. You confirm you hold all rights to the content you share.
We may remove content we find offensive, unlawful, or in violation of any third-party rights.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Our site may contain links or access to third-party tools (e.g. payment providers, donation pages). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their practices. Engage with these at your discretion.
9. Privacy & Personal Data
