Instructions
This product is for indoor use only. Be sure to shut down and disconnect the power supply for safety when the equipment is not in use. The power adapter and wire plug must not be flooded during cleaning. Please disconnect the power supply before maintaining and cleaning the machine. Soak the filter in a clean bowl with water for 5 minutes before using. Replace the carbon filter and sponge every 2-4 weeks. Clean the water pump and fountain every 2 weeks: Take off the pump cover and rotor, and use the brush to clean the parts with water. Keep the water level above the pump, as the pump will fall if it runs without water and be easily damaged. If the product doesn't work, please clean the pump with soap and warm water thoroughly to ensure it's not just because the pump wasn't get enough cleaning.

Fill the water between the minimum and maximum. The pump will fail if it runs dry. Clean the pump, water tray and drinking basin. If the above solutions don't work, please get in touch with us for support.
